About Program
This Visa program offers the privilege of applying for a residence permit after an employment
relationship has been established and standardized during this period. There are also some

• Immigrants have to maintain sufficient funds, and arrange all the requirements to get the

✓Request for criminal record enquiry by the Immigration and Border Services
(SEF) (Not applicable to minors under the age of sixteen);
✓Criminal record certificate, issued by the competent authority of the country of the applicant`s
nationality or of the country where the applicant has resided for over a year (except for
